Jorge Gutman is a seasoned construction management professional, having made his mark in Miami-area residential and commercial construction over the past 30+ years. The longtime President of J. Gutman Construction, Inc., and current Managing Member of FOF Investments, LLC, Gutman continues to solidify his reputation as one of the premier builders in the Greater Miami area.

When not immersed in the next high-end construction project, Jorge Gutman enjoys the opportunity to let loose through the art of cooking. A self-described gourmet chef, Gutman is rewarded by the chance to cook at home for friends and family.


Teaching yourself how to cook, as Gutman knows, requires a fair amount of perseverance – as well as:


A commitment to doing so on a regular basis. When it comes to home cooking, practice really does make perfect.

It’s important not to overwhelm yourself with complex, highly-involved recipes right from the get-go. Rather, work yourself into the art with simpler recipes – those that will set the stage for more complex undertakings down the road.

Jorge Gutman is a seasoned construction professional who has been a State of Florida Licensed General Contractor since 1987. He specializes in high-end finishes for residential and commercial construction projects, and he currently serves as the Project Executive with Winmar Construction in Miami Beach. Jorge Gutman has worked alongside many famous architects, and he was the preferred builder for Juan Valdez Cafe in Miami – he assisted in opening many new stores for them, and he also designed and built a Juan Valdez food truck. Developer Gutman has international experience, but he always spends as much time in his hometown of Miami as possible. He’s married to the 1994 Miss Romania from the Miss Universe Pageant, and he has built a beautiful life with her. His wife’s name is Mihaela, and one of his favorite hobbies is walking along Florida’s beaches with her by his side.
